great to be back really great small hotel in the middle of a lovely village. New owner but has lost nothing of its charm. Rooms are spotless and have everything you need. TV, WFI, SAFE, KETTLE, BALCONY. Some have a kithchen all have a fridge with a small mini bar. very reasonably priced. Its so calm to stay here compared with the costa. Great traditional hotel Very nice quaint hotel at a very good price point. Room was immaculate in cleanliness and right in the heart of the pueblo as the name suggests. Very friendly and well run by the new owner. Recommend for a short stay in this fabulous pueblo with some great restaurants. An amazing little Gem in Benalmadena Pueblo Hotel Pueblo is classy little Hotel, placed in the centre of everything in Benalmadena Pueblo. Its stylish but quaint calming atmosphere is the place to stay. Susannah and her staff were so friendly and welcoming.  Everyone is very professional and helpful. Short holiday, but we’ll remember it👌 Founded this lovely hotel,  and decided to stay for one night. We loved the place, village, the surrounding was calm, everything very close. Nice to walk around. Home from Home!! What a relaxing, clean and well organized place. From a prearranged airport pick up (and waiting for around an hour due to our delay) to offering advice and information, Susanne could not do enough to make us comfortable and well attended to. We had a room with a balcony which was so lovely for sitting and having a glass of wine on in the evening. We lived in the pueblo for 14 years and I can honestly say that this is a special place and definitely the only hotel we would stay in during any future trips.

An Oasis in charming Benalmadena Pueblo We spent 2 nights in this fabulous cosy boutique hotel. From the moment we contacted Susanne we received a friendly and efficient service from her and the same until we departed, an exceptional host.Beautiful room so tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all you need for your stay, very comfortable bed and very homely feel with lots of little extras which made a massive difference to our stay. The terrace was ideal to sit out and listen to the world go by and relax when the sun shone and the pigeons to keep us company as they had nested on the tree overlooking the plaza.The hotel is very well maintained spotless and beautifully kept. It provides guest with a high standard of accommodation. We had breakfast one morning, very simple with plenty of choice.Thanks to all the great reviews here on TA which are true to their word and every compliment this hotel receives is earned and well deserved and we would highly recommend this hotel, we were very impressed by the excellent service provided which made our stay most enjoyable and we look forward to a 3 night return visit in September and maybe this time I will stay Susanne!!!We wish you and your team every success in your hotel.

Beautiful boutique hotel with exceptional service. We stayed at this lovely hotel for 3 nights and we were extremely happy with our room which was Room 3. It overlooks a very nice courtyard at the rear of the hotel. We asked to stay an extra night as we were enjoying our stay so much, Room 3 wasn’t available but Susanne, the owner, was very helpful and allocated another room to us (Room 5) this room was equally as good as Room 3 and although it overlooked the front of the hotel where the main road through the pueblo is situated we didn’t find it at all noisy. The rooms have everything you need, full size fridge, microwave, mini bar, comfortable beds and lots and lots of extras. The whole hotel is extremely clean, in a brilliant location for all of the bars and restaurants, a real gem. The decor is very individual, lovely and colourful, it fits the setting in the lovely pueblo and is very atmospheric. Susanne,  the owner, can’t do enough for you,  she is the perfect host. Oasis in the Pueblo Just back from a lovely 9 night stay in Hotel Pueblo.We booked direct with Susanne, room 7, which had a large terrace with table, chairs & a sunbed. Sun on terrace until about 5pm. There was a kettle & minibar, so able to have drinks & snacks on terrace.Susanne & her staff were very friendly & always available to offer advice or just a chat.We hadn't been to mainland Spain since a holiday in Mijas in 1979.Buy a bus card from the nearby tobacco shop, saves about 30%. We walked to the coast a few times & bus back.Ate at a few restaurants, but the ones we liked best were La Cepa, El Nina, Fredericks & Plazza, all in the Pueblo.Susanne picked us up & took us back from the airport, very good service for €35 each way.Definitely hope to return, thanks Susanne for a memorable holiday.Stephen & Sylvia

Excellent Hotel We had often looked at this hotel when either staying with family and friends in local villas or when just visiting. It looks really pretty from the front and we often said we would give it a try if we came as a couple only. Really glad we did as we had a wonderful weeks stay. On arrival I discovered I had booked the wrong room however the one we wanted was available for 6 of our 7;nights and The owner Susanne kindly let us change our booking. This meant we would need to move to our original room for the last night but there was no charge for servicing this room. I expect most hoteliers would make this charge. The hotel is spotless and both the rooms we had provided great accommodation, the kitchenettes being a real bonus. The hotel is ideally situated for access to local shops and restaurants, Susanne has a wealth of knowledge regarding best places to eat and visit and was extremely friendly and helpful. The local buses stop nearby and are plentiful and cheap. We caught the bus to Arroyo one day then got train to Malaga which is a great place to visit, total return cost for two came to 16 euros.I’m sure we will be back sometime and I can highly recommend this hotel.
